Orders to some regions and countries are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the recipient may be liable for any import duties and local sales tax. We are unable to confirm the exact amount of these and we suggest you contact your local customs office.
RETURNS
You may return any unwanted items to us (provided that they are unused in their original packaging) within 28 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.
Items returned in such condition will not be accepted:
- Unsealed (When the VOID sticker has been peeled. This will leave permanent marks on the packaging and the sticker will not return to its original condition)
- Used (With exception of damaged or faulty items)
- Relabelled
- Refiled
- Pierced
- Partially missing items
Simply follow the instructions in your return/exchange portal to return the products. Please print out your return label and attach it to your parcel in its original postal box.
We will process your refund or exchange as soon as we have received your return items and an email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund payment, and it varies between banks and their processing times.
